My name is Daryl Price, I am a Domestic Energy Assessor, licensed and accredited by the Buildings Research Establishment (BRE). I carry out the survey of your property, and the generation of the Energy Performance Certificate that goes into your Home Information Pack. I aim to offer a prompt and professional service to clients in and around Wrexham & Chester, and across North Wales and Cheshire.

DK Property Services provide a range of services to private homeowners, builders & developers, Solicitors and Estate Agents across North Wales and Cheshire. We pride ourselves on the high levels of service we offer to all our clients, both large and small. You will find a cheaper HIP or EPC than ours, but we think that the small difference you pay makes it worth it. DK Property Services is a small organisation, part of the larger WelsHIPs group. This arrangement gives us the ability to call on other property professionals as and when the need might arise.

Each job we undertake is treated with the same level of importance. We carry out the energy assesssment for the EPC ourselves, we compile and host the HIP ourselves, we check and monitor the quality of the constituent documents ourselves. You might say we go the extra mile for all our clients. If there is any need to contact us, we are available to talk to, either on the phone, via email, or face-to-face.

Selling or renting out your home can be stressful, so you do not want to entrust the provision of important documents such as HIPs or EPCs to faceless organisations with whom you have little or no real communication with. DK Property Services realise that communication is key to the process of providing good service. We always acknowledge instructions, and will keep you informed on their progress, and in the unlikely event of there being any problems, let you know the details as soon as they arise, and how to overcome them. We are not in the business to get rich quick, but have a long term approach, based upon building a solid customer base. Much of our work comes from personal recommendations, and repeat business from exisiting customers.

Our history is a simple one, four colleagues started to work together, in a new way, supporting each other but retaining their individual trading status.
