Prices start from £65.00 for an Energy Performance Certificate and just £249.00 for a complete CfSH pre-Assessment. These prices are all inclusive, with nothing else to add.

DK Property Services can supply you with Code for Sustainable Homes pre-Assessments and complete Assessments, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and SAP Calculations. Based just outside Wrexham in North East Wales, we cover the whole of North Wales, from Holyhead across to Flintshire, and into Cheshire. We use our local knowledge of the area to be the quickest and best provider of CfSH Assessments and EPCs, not the cheapest. The Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) and Energy Performance Certificates are designed to help to improve the energy efficiency of new dwellings, and help purchasers to compare running costs of two or more properties. Every home to be sold on the open market in England and Wales needs a EPC before it can be marketed. Every home that is to be rented requires an EPC for prospective tenants to look at.
